Frozen Octopus Tentacles

James Hook & Co. brings you El Rey del Pulpo frozen octopus tentacles, making it easy to present bold Mediterranean flavor without the hassle of tenderizing. These precooked XL tentacles arrive tender and ready for the grill, salad or any dish involving restaurant-quality seafood with minimal prep.

Rich Flavor With a Satisfying Bite

Cooked octopus tentacles bring a mild, slightly sweet flavor with a firm, meaty texture that feels more like premium steak than delicate fish. Each bite delivers a clean ocean taste with a tender interior and the potential for a beautifully crisp exterior when grilled or seared. A quick turn on high heat creates char marks that add smoky depth and pair perfectly with bright citrus, garlic and fresh herbs.

Ready to Heat and Serve

Our frozen octopus tentacles from Boston arrive fully cooked and individually portioned at approximately 0.89 pounds each. Simply thaw them in the refrigerator overnight, then reheat using your preferred method. Grill them for two to three minutes per side to develop a golden char, pan-sear them in olive oil for a crispy finish or slice them cold for Mediterranean-style salads and tapas platters. The work is already done for you.

Lean Protein With Great Benefits

Octopus is naturally high in protein and low in fat, making it a smart choice for healthy eating. This seafood is a source of omega-3 fatty acids for heart health, vitamin B12 for energy and selenium for immune support. It commonly fits into low-carb and keto diets while offering the satisfying richness of premium seafood.

Give it a try if nearby! Waited in line about 10 minutes to order and my food was ready within minutes. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. I can see this place getting busy in the summers. Their large lobster roll is full of meat and delicious. I like it best hot with butter!

Best lobster roll As a lobster roll connoisseur, I can tell this is the best, freshest, most legit and generous lobster roll you will ever find. Down side? Their lobster roll will ruin you for all other lobster rolls.

Delicious! Delicious! Recommended to us by a local, our meal was prepared to perfection . The Lobster Roll with Butter with a side of Clam Chowder here could easily be considered one of the best meals you will enjoy in Beantown. Do not leave town without paying a visit here.

Not too shabby The food was great, and the staff was friendly. This is not a sit down restaurant; it is more like a fast food establishment where you wait in line, pay first, and then pick up your food. They had steamers available, but they were only sold raw and were not available cooked. Corn on the cob was not on the menu. Since we had a group of six and placed a fairly large order, a staff member helped bring the food to our table. There is plenty of seating, including some tables inside an air conditioned shack. The restrooms are portable toilets. The location is convenient and close to the water, but it is not directly on the waterfront and does not offer water views. The prices are considered reasonable, although they are not cheaper than Quincy Market. However, the seating is definitely much better. Next time we’re in Boston, we’ll look for another lobster place that serves corn on the cob and cooked steamers.

Just Awesome Lobster Showed up here not knowing what to expect- would it live up the hype or be an expensive flop. The lobster rolls were legit and as good, if not better, than any I have had in coastal Maine.

The best lobster rolls This is one of the best seafood markets for sure. The place isn't fancy but the food is absolutely a bomb. The lobster roll looked simple but tasted delicious. I asked for just the butter to go with it and it was perfect. The crab roll was just equally good. They have limited seats inside but lots of seats outside. The price of the food is quite expensive but totally worth it. The service was quick. The staff were nice. The line was long but it moved quickly. Definitely worth another visit.
