Refunds and Return Policy

Customer Refunds: guarantees the quality of its lobsters on their shipping schedule days of delivery. Please examine the carton when it arrives. If the carton appears to have been damaged, it may have caused injury to the lobsters or let warm air enter the carton. If any of the lobsters have perished, do not discard them. Please call or email us and we will arrange any claims or package returns necessary or advise on seafood conditions. Refunds will not be issued without consultation prior to discarding any items.
